Resort Palette Dupes!

Hey Everyone! So I know I have been raving about the Sigma Resort Palette ever since I got it at IMATS LA earlier this year, but I thought it might be helpful to do a post about possible options for dupes of the shades in this palette. If you are just interested in getting the palette itself, you can get it for a limited time at : http://www.sigmabeauty.com/Resort_Palette_p/ep007.htm

The Resort Palette costs $42.00 plus shipping, but you can all the dupes for it for only about $30.00 ! All together it’s not a HUGE difference in price, but if you are just interested in a few of the shades, it’s a good deal.

**the Sigma Resort Palette Shade will be first, followed by the corresponding dupe**

Lets start with the eyeshadows! (PICTURES AND SWATCHES BELOW)

Muse : a cool charcoal grey with slight silver shimmer

NYX Glam Shadow in Boomerang : a slightly deeper cool charcoal grey with silver shimmer

Fawn : a cool bronze taupe with sliver shimmer, slight glitter chunks

NYX eyeshadow in Irises : a bright turquoise blue with silver shimmer. deeper than Neela.

Midori : a bright kiwi green

Ulta Eye Shadow in Going Green : a bright lime/kiwi green. lighter and more lime toned than Midori.

Blush :

Heavenly : a muted neutral/warm coral with slight peach undertone.

** the shade papaya / NYX Tropical is very similar to the Heavenly, and could act as a dupe.

Liquid Highlighter :

Luminesce : a light yellow gold

** I could not find an affordable dupe of this product, but the shade Luna / J.Cat Beauty 102 Vanilla would offer the same effect.

Eye Pencils :

Earth Goddess : a warm deep brown

J.Cat Beauty Roll It Up Auto Eyeliner in 105 Bistre : a warm deep brown. almost identical to Earth Goddess.

J.Cat Beauty Eternal Shine Lip Glaze Review and Swatches

Hey Everyone! Today I’m really excited to share the Eternal Shine Lip Glaze by J.Cat Beauty with you. These lip glosses are absolutely amazing! Before I get into the colors and such, I first need to say that one of the main reasons I love these products so much is because they are cruelty-free, hypoallergenic, and lead-free! I’m so glad I’ve found a cruelty-free product that is exceptional quality, and not to mention very inexpensive. I have found you usually have to give up one of those things when finding beauty products, but with this brand, you get it all!

Right now I have four of the lip glazes which I purchased at IMATS L.A. this year. The pigmentation, longevity, and smoothness are all fantastic and I have been reaching for them almost everyday! You all know that I have very dry lips and these don’t flake or feather at all. I also love how I can eat and drink without having to touch up my lips a half dozen times like with most lip glosses, especially ones that are in the drugstore price range.

The ones I have currently are:

Carrot – a tangerine tan nude with slight gold shimmer

Thullian Pink – a light baby pink with a blue undertone and pink/silver sparkle

French Rose – a juicy melon pink with slight shimmer (this one is very similar to MAC’s Pink Lemonade)

Red Wine – a bright fuchsia with a blue/purple duo-chrome

Here are the pictures and swatches :

You can get these at http://www.jcatbeauty.com for $2.49 each.

Let me know which ones are your favorites!
